| Description: | WRNN-TV in Rye Brook, NY is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Operations Coordinator with knowledge of various areas of live television production (control room, master control operations, shooting, editing, graphics) Work Schedule: Wed-Fri: 9AM-6PM Sat: 5AM-2PM Sun: 2PM-11PM Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of the broadcast operations unit. Determine workflow and manage scheduling. Implement operational polices and procedures. Recruit and train new employees, manage and develop production staff. Ability to fill-in for various production positions when necessary. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Requirements: ·1-3 years prior television production staff management experience. ·Bachelor’s degree in related field |
